You're about to hire ohWAUW for a virtual tour or drone shoot. That's a collaboration, and collaborations work best when both sides know what to expect.
These terms aren't meant to catch you out with fine print. Below you'll simply find what you can expect from us, what we need from you, and what happens if something goes differently than planned. Still have questions after reading? Ask them before you agree.
Who we are
These terms apply to all quotes, assignments, and agreements between:
ohWAUW

and the client purchasing a virtual tour, drone shoot, or related service. By agreeing to a quote or order confirmation, you agree to these terms.
What you get
The core of every project is a 360° camera shoot that gets built into an interactive virtual tour, including hosting so you can place the tour on your own website.
Depending on your quote, you can also add one or more of the following optional components:
- Drone photos and/or videos
- Hotspots and interactive information points within the tour
- Navigation and design fully styled in your company's branding
The exact scope of your project — including which of these components are included — is described in the quote you receive from us. Want to add something during the project that wasn't in the quote? We'll discuss it together — small, related additions are often just included, while larger extensions get quoted separately.
How a project works
Once you approve the quote, we schedule a shoot date. On the day itself, we capture the 360° and/or drone footage on location. Editing follows: the capture points are linked together, hotspots are added, and the navigation is styled to match your branding. You receive a draft version for review, after which we make any changes before the tour is finally delivered.
Revisions
Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions on the draft version — think adjusting hotspot text, small navigation tweaks, or moving a capture point. Once you approve the tour, it's considered delivered. If you want to change an already-approved tour later on, we treat that as a new, separately quoted assignment.
What we expect from you
A good end result takes cooperation from both sides. From you, we expect:
- Access to the location on the agreed shoot date, and a point of contact on-site where needed.
- Supplied materials such as logos, brand colors, or hotspot text — ideally before the shoot day, but at the latest during the revision round. If this is still missing when the draft is delivered, we'll work with a temporary placeholder.
- Timely feedback on the draft version, so we can finish the project within a reasonable timeframe.
Planning and turnaround
The length of a shoot day depends on the number of capture points: a compact space is often done within a few hours, while a larger building can take a full day. You usually receive the draft version within a week after the shoot. For drone footage, weather conditions and airspace regulations (permits, NOTAMs, no-fly zones) can affect scheduling — we account for this in advance, but on the day itself this is sometimes outside our control.
Rescheduling or canceling a shoot day
You can reschedule a shoot date free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule within 48 hours, or aren't present at the agreed time without notice, we may charge a fee to cover the reserved time and any travel costs.
If we need to reschedule the shoot day due to weather conditions, technical issues, or airspace restrictions on drone shoots, this naturally happens free of charge, and we'll schedule a new date as soon as possible.
Payment
For a project, we ask for a 50% deposit upon approval of the quote, to reserve the shoot date. We invoice the remaining 50% upon delivery of the final tour. Payment is made via bank transfer, with a payment term of 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
In case of late payment, we may suspend further work until payment is received.
Ownership and usage rights
After full payment, the delivered photos, videos, and virtual tour are your property, including the associated usage rights for your own business purposes.
We like showing off our work: unless you indicate otherwise, we may use the delivered work in our own portfolio, in case studies on our own website, and in our own marketing materials. If you'd prefer we wait until a specific launch date before showing the work, let us know — we'll respect that.
Confidentiality
We treat information about your business that we receive during the collaboration as confidential and don't use it for purposes other than carrying out the assignment. Need a formal non-disclosure agreement? Let us know and we'll sign one.
Liability
We deliver our work with care, but can't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as more bookings, visitors, or revenue) — a virtual tour is one of many factors contributing to that.
Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant assignment. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits. We carry out drone shoots in accordance with applicable Dutch and European aviation regulations.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Ongoing assignments remain subject to the terms that applied at the time of the quote; new assignments fall under the most current version, published on this website.
Governing law
These terms and all agreements with ohWAUW are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
