How much does a virtual tour cost? Key pricing factors
6 minute read
"What does this cost, roughly?" is usually the first question, and rightly so — but a fair answer depends on a number of concrete choices. No hidden rates or vague ranges: below are the factors that actually determine the price, so you can estimate where your project will land before getting in touch.
Number of 360° capture points
This is the biggest cost factor and also the most logical: every room or corner that needs to be viewable separately counts as one capture point. A compact showroom might need ten points, a larger building with multiple floors quickly needs thirty or more. More points means more time on site and more work in editing.
Hotspots and interactive information
Clickable info points — about a product, service, material or other detail — add layers to the tour without making the space itself feel more crowded. The more hotspots, the more content needs to be prepared and processed, so this counts as a separate factor alongside the number of capture points.
Standalone drone shoot (photo or video)
An aerial photo or video of the property or grounds is an add-on service on top of the 360° tour, with its own fixed price per photo or video shoot. Want just this, without the rest? That's possible standalone — see our page on drone photography.
Interactive navigation in your branding
Standard navigation works fine, but many clients want the tour to feel fully like an extension of their brand — their own colors, logo and style in the navigation elements themselves. That's a one-time add-on cost on top of the base shoot.
Editing of supplied material
Want your own product photos or other imagery processed into the hotspots? That adds editing and processing time separate from the shoot day itself.
Rush delivery
The standard turnaround is plenty for most projects, but if you need faster delivery than usual, we charge a percentage on top of the subtotal — this scales automatically with the size of the project.
