Cr8las
Cr8las is a technical company with its own workshop, regularly looking for new colleagues.
The challenge
Cr8las wanted an informal, low-threshold way to show future candidates what the company looks like on the inside and what equipment is on site, like the cobot.
What we made
We created an interactive drone photo of the entire building with multiple starting points, from which visitors begin a tour through the workshop, the canteen, and the office area. This way, every type of future colleague sees exactly where they'd end up. As with our other tours, we used an interactive timeline to keep as much screen space as possible free for the content itself, supplemented with various info buttons — fully styled in Cr8las's own branding. We also created a separate virtual tour of their tool container. This container travels to projects that need a lot of tools, and Cr8las can now send the virtual version to clients instead of a list of equipment.
The result
Future candidates now get an honest picture of the workplace even before applying, and clients see at a glance which tools are in the tool container — without a long list of equipment.
